KVKK Information Notice

This notice explains, in our capacity as data controller, how personal data is processed through the araxatech.com.tr website under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Personal data processed

When you use the contact form on the site (or contact us directly by email or telephone), we process the personal data contained in your name, email address, telephone number, and message. A hidden field in the form (a honeypot) is used only to detect automated spam submissions and is not used to identify visitors.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Your personal data is processed to answer the requests and messages you send us, to contact you, and to establish a possible business relationship. The legal grounds are your explicit consent (given by submitting the form) and our legitimate interests, within the scope of Article 5/2 of the KVKK.

4. Transfers

Your messages are processed only through our email/SMTP service provider and our hosting provider in order to reach us; they are not sold to, or shared for marketing purposes with, any third party.

5. Retention period

Your personal data is kept for as long as necessary to assess your request and carry out the related correspondence, and is deleted or anonymised at the end of that period.

6. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to us you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• request information about it if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
• request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• request its erasure or destruction in accordance with the KVKK and related legislation,
• object to its processing and claim compensation for any loss you suffer.
